Role Summary:

Field Operator role will assist the Field Specialist in running tools / equipment for the Pressure Pumping operations in Thailanกใ

Essential Responsibilities:

• Preparing for jobs and performing tool maintenance, pre-job and post- job equipment checks.
• Rigging-up and rigging-down equipment at the well site.
• Responsible for maintenance of equipment and operating the assigned equipment.
• Operates equipment in accordance with Company Safety Policies and Procedures
• Performing basic duties at the well site and at the shop
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Reports all hazards or potentially hazardous situations, accidents, incidents and injuries immediately
• Promotes Safety Standards at all times: shop, yard, location and while traveling.
• Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma
3 + years’ experience
Industry experience will be an advantage

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENT

Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry and product line.
Excellent mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work well and communicate well with others.

Role Summary:

Field Specialist – Pressure Pumping provide technical support to Pressure Pumping operations in Thailand

Essential Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues; provides guidance to lower level operators on how to resolve routine and non-routine operating issues.
• Ensure crew and equipment are ready for the upcoming jobs
• Maintains equipment to standards, and ensures all equipment, including personal protective equipment, is in proper working order.
• Conducts pre-job operating procedures and safety meetings with field crew; reviews job program with customer prior to starting job.
• Promotes Safety Standards at all times: shop, yard, location and while traveling.
• Reports all hazards or potentially hazardous situations, accidents, incidents and injuries immediately
• Primary contact to work with the Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations at the rig.
• Executes the job program safely as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing
• Equipment and Logistics manuals.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Technical Degree required
3 + years’ experience oil field service tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENT

Ability to alternate methods of completing tasks if the set method is not viable.
Communicate with various clients and must have good customer service skills.
Quickly adjusts to changing job assignments/requirements
