Oil field resume EP2 Resume 3 แบบ แบบไหนควรใช้เมื่อไร – ตอนที่แล้ว เราพูดถึงเกร็ดเล็กๆน้อยๆ ในการเขียน Resume (CV) กันไปแล้ว

Oil field resume EP1 เขียนอย่างไร เทคนิค และ ตัวช่วย

ตอนนี้เรามาดูต่อกันว่ามี 3 แบบ ใหญ่ๆ มีอะไรบ้าง เมื่อไรควรใช้แบบไหน เมื่อไรไม่ควรใช้แบบไหน พร้อมตัวอย่าง

อ้อ อยากให้สังเกตุ ประโยค ศัพท์ ไวยากรณ์ tense ต่างๆในตัวอย่าง ก๊อปเอาไปประยุกต์ใช้กับ resume เราได้เลย ไม่ต้องอายที่จะ C&D – Copy and Develop 555 🙂

Resume 3 แบบ แบบไหนควรใช้เมื่อไร

เรียงตามเวลา (อาจจะไม่แซ่บ แต่นุ่มลึก เก๋าเกมส์ ไว้ใจได้)

(Chronological Resume) Oil field resume EP2

ลักษณะเด่น

1. มีหลักการเรียงก่อนหลัง อ่านแล้วไม่งง คือ ไล่ตามเวลา (time line)
2. จุดสำคัญคือเน้นที่ประสบการณ์
3. ลงรายละเอียดประสบการณ์งานแต่ล่ะงานที่ผ่านมา
4. ไม่เน้นทักษะ และ ความสำเร็จที่โด่นเด่น ในต้นของ resume
5. โดยทั่วไปใช้เมื่อสมัครงานที่เป็นงานเดิมที่เคยทำมา
6. ค่อนข้าง play safe คือ ปลอดภัยไว้ก่อน (ไม่มีอะไรจะอวดมาก) ไล่เรียงตามเวลาไป
7. จะต้องมีส่วนที่บอก “ตำแหน่งงาน(ที่ต้องการ)” กับ “สรุป” เสมอ (แบบอื่นจะมีหรือไม่มีก็ได้)

เหมาะกับ

1. นิยมใช้กับงาน กฏหมาย หรือ งานการศึกษา (อาจารย์ นักวิจัย)
2. คนที่สมัครงานอายุมากๆ ต้องไล่เรียงประวัติ มีเรื่องเล่ากันเยอะๆยาวๆ จุดขายคือประสบการณ์นั่นแหละครับ อารมณ์ เก๋าเกมส์น่ะ เด็กๆอาจจะเก่งไว แต่ความเก๋า ความนิ่ง นี้สู้ฉันไม่ได้ ต้องยอมรับว่ามีงานบางอย่างต้องการความเก๋าจริงๆ ดังนั้น resume แบบนี้จะ เหมาะกับงานเหล่านั้น
3. ต้องการลงรายล่ะเอียด และ รายชื่อบ.เก่าๆที่เคยทำงาน นี่ก็สอดคล้องกับข้อ 2 คือ มีดีจะอวด ว่าเคยทำงานกับเบอร์หนึ่งของอุตสาหกรรมนะเฟ้ย อยู่หลายปี ทำมาหลายอย่างด้วย แต่นี่อยากกลับบ้าน อยากทำงานใกล้ๆครอบครัว บลาๆ

ผมสรุปง่ายๆเลย resume แบบนี้ เหมาะกับ รุ่นใหญ่ ขายประสบการณ์ ผ่านร้อนหนาวมาโชกโชน ขา่ยความเก๋าเกมส์ ขายความนิ่ง สุขุมนุ่มลึก นิ่ง เนียน อารมณ์ไวน์ วิสกี้ หมักนานๆ … พูดไปแล้ว เปรี้ยวปาก … 🙂

จบตอนนี้แล้วต้องไปจัดสักกรึ๊บ อิอิ

ไม่เหมาะกับ

1. มีดีจะอวด มีความสำเร็จ หรือ ประสบการที่โด่ดเด่นจะขาย
2. ต้องการเปลี่ยนแนวอาชีพ เปลี่ยนประเภทงาน

ก็ตามนั้นครับ จะเปลี่ยนแนวงานแล้วจะไปพล่ามอดีตมาทำไม จริงไหม และ ถ้าจะขายจุดเปรี้ยว จุดจี๊ด ถ้ามาไล่ time line ความเปรี้ยวความจี๊ดที่จะขายก็โดนกลืนไปกับ background พอดี

1. ขายของตั้งแต่บรรทัดแรก ความสำเร็จ ทักษะเฉพาะเด่นๆ
2. เน้นจุดแข็งจุดเด่น มีดีจะขาย
3. คนอ่านไม่ต้องอ่านเยอะ
4. บอกชัดเจนว่าจ้างฉันแล้วคุณได้อะไร ขายกันจะๆ มั่นหน้าสุดๆ อารมณ์นั้น
5. บอกประวัติบ.เก่า และ งานเก่า สั้นๆย่อๆ คือ ตรงข้ามกับ resume แบบไล่เวลา ประวัติ บ.เก่า งานเก่า อยากจะไม่เด่นอะไรให้อวด แต่อวดผลงานแทน ไม่เก๋าแต่ความแซบนี่ผม(หนู)การันตี ว่างั้น

เหมาะกับ

1. ต้องการเปลี่ยนแนวงาน ทั้งแบบเปลี่ยนหน้ามือเป็นหลังมือ เช่น จากทำงานที่บ้านขายก๋วยเตี๋ยว แล้วจะกลับเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานลูกจ้าง นักศึกษาเพิ่งจบ หรือ ข้าราชการ แล้ว มาเริ่มงานเอกชน และ เปลี่ยนแบบนิ่มๆไม่มาก เช่น จาก mechanic เป็น crane operator จาก บ. service เป็น น้ำมัน

คงพอมีแนวๆกันบ้างนะครับ

หลักๆก็มี 2 แบบแหละ แล้วแต่จุดขาย 1. ขายประสบการณ์อันยาวนาน ความเก๋า นิ่ง ใช้งานได้เลย หรือ 2. ขายผลงาน+ทักษะ เนื้อๆ

ผมแนะนำแบบผสมดีกว่า แต่อย่าผสมแบบเอาหมด แล้วแต่จะเน้นทางด้านไหน

ยกตัวอย่างตัวผมเอง มีทั้ง 2 แบบ ให้ขาย ผมจะเน้นไปที่หน้าที่การงานมากกว่าจะไล่เวลา แต่ผมก็มีทักษะเฉพาะความสำเร็จและความหน้าเชื่อถือของบ.ที่เคยจ้างผมด้วย ผมก็จะเขียนแบบเน้นเนื้องานและทักษะ โดยไฮไลท์เวลา (ว่าอยู่แต่ล่ะที่นานนะจ๊ะ เก๋าอยู่) และ นายเก่า (ที่ขึ้นชื่อว่าเคี่ยวในการรับและฝึกคน)

ว่าแต่มีบ.ไหนจะรับผมไหมเนี้ย 555 🙂

อย่าลืมว่า แต่ล่ะคนมีจุดขายที่ต่างกัน หันกลับมาดูตัวเองดีๆ แล้วจัดให้มันสอดคล้องกับตัวเองนะครับ
