Unconventional reservoir structure requires unconventional x-function drilling
สืบเนื่องจากงานที่พี่ผาไปคุยใน SPE เมื่อ พ.ย. ปีที่แล้ว ว่าเรามีวิวัฒนาการการขุดหลุมของเรา ลดเวลาลงจากหลุมล่ะ 70 วัน ในปี 1980 มาเป็น 7 วันนิดๆในปี 2525 เราชาวขุดเจาะไม่ได้ทำคนเดียว เราจะทำแบบนี้ได้ ต้องร่วมมือกันหลายแผนกจริงๆครับ

หนึ่งในนั้นคือการเจาะแบบที่เราเรียกว่า "เจาะร้อย fault" หมายถึงเจาะเลียบไปกระเปาะแหล่งกักเก็บที่อยู่ใต้รอยเลื่อน
ก็แหล่งของเราไม่ได้เป็นแหล่งแบบที่อยู่ในตำรานิ (text book reservoir) เราก็ต้องเจาะกันแบบนี้แหละ (ผมเดาว่าตอนนี้การเจาะแบบนี้จะไปอยู่ในตำราแล้วแหละ)
