วันที่เข้าไปสัมภาษณ์ จะมีคณะกรรมการทั้งหมด 4 ท่าน เริ่มแรก จะให้แนะนำตัวก่อน เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ

- ทำงานที่ไหนมาบ้าง
- ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
ต่อมาก็คุยเป็นภาษาไทยค่ะ โดยทางผู้สัมภาษณ์จะวัดจากการแก้ปัญหาค่ะ เช่น เวลาที่ทางเค้าต้องการของด่วน แล้วเราไม่สามารถหาให้เค้าได้ เราต้องทำอย่างไร มีวิธีการแก้ปัญหาอย่างไรค่ะ เหมือนวัดไหวพริบของเรา ทัศนคติต่างๆ แต่ที่สำคัญ
ตลอดเวลาที่สัมภาษณ์ xxx จะยิ้มแย้มตลอดเวลาค่ะ มองหน้าผู้สัมภาษณ์ แม้จะเกร็งๆก็ตาม แต่ที่ทำให้ได้ส่วนหนึ่งน่าจะมาจาก การที่สามารถทำให้เค้าหัวเราะได้ค่ะ 55

(ลักษณะงานที่เพื่อนคนนึงที่ได้งานนำมาฝากครับ)
ลักษณะงานเป็นพวก Project control, cost monitoring, planning ไม่ใช่สายวิศวะที่ใช้ความรู้เฉพาะด้านเหมือนพวก FE, D&C, PE แต่ควรจะต้องเก่งโปรแกรม excel มากครับ เพราะใช้ในการคำนวณ cost เยอะมาก ค่อนข้างซับซ้อน qualification จึงต้องการคนที่มี background ทางด้านวิศวะ แต่งานเอกสารมีพอสมควร ออกแนว generalist ไม่ใช่ specialist
ส่วน career path ก็พอใช้ เติบโตในสายงานได้ ถึงจะไม่โตเท่าสายวิศวะ แต่สามารถข้ามสายงานได้ (เนื่องจากมี background ทางด้านวิศวะเช่นกัน)
