Job Description
Job Responsibility
1) Perform Occupational Health Risk Assessment
2) Review, analysis and provide suggestion/ action plan for Occupational Health concern
3) Coordinate with HSE and HR for all work related and non work related Health concern
4) Carry out Emergency Response role and Emergency Response Drills and training exercises demonstrate competence. Material and
5) Support to offshore operation, health check review,medical equipment, Material and medical action plan

6) Conducted health and Hygiene inspection and monitoring
7) Advice supervisors on occupational health, hygiene, nutrition and other related matters
8) Performed drinking water testing for Coliform for drinking water fountain in our yard
9) Performed food and food handling hand s swab for coliform testing.
10) Reviewed medical examination report for offshore employees prior to submit to client for approval.
11) Reported Medical Visit of first aid station and distribute to involve persons.
12) Performed case management duties for all case in the yards.
13) Coordinate with nurse on duties of yard and offshore medic about health issue.
14) Perform Urine Drug and Alcohol Test
15) Coordinate with external parties followed to medical issue as Case Management.
16) Participate and support for inspection of marine spread i.e. Accommodation Work Barge, Anchor Handling Tug and Crew Boat.
17) Preparation and evaluation for catering (food services provider) for offshore operation
18) Preparation all medical material, medication and other relatedOther job assign related P matter for onshore and offshore operation.
Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Certified Professional Nurse and hold valid Nursing License as per Thai Law
Excellent Communication in English (Speak,Read,Write)
Certified Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Certified Advance Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Occupational Health Nurse (If any)
Certified for HSE Officer (If any)
